A brief holiday update: my room has never been cleaner since I recently suffered from a panic attack, brought on by the incredible mess of needles, thread, appliques, buttons and clips that my sewing ventures precipitated. I'll be uploading pics of what hairclips I came up with over these few days - not too many, but still reasonably something exciting to look forward to =)

Just so everyone knows: I'll be leaving for my holidays on the 12th of December to Korea and Singapore so all customizations and orders should ideally come in before that, seeing as I most probably won't be lugging around a kilo of beads and pliers around the globe with me! I'll be back in Melbourne sometime late January but will try to keep the website updated (possibly with photos!) of my travel.

Other than that, hope everything is coming along well with everyone. Eat, drink and be merry!

What may become a tradition - Fennimas, took it home to Ephrata, Pennsylvania U.S. where she "played show and tell" and recieved the biggest support seen yet to this small business with big dreams! Dear Everyone!

I have exciting news!!! This Wednesday, the 18th of November 2009, will be The Red Jewel's first ever STALL at Caribbean Market!!! Yaaaaaaaaaayyyyy!!!

I have no idea how it is going to turn out, but I am all set to go! I've just got to make little signs to display on the stall table, plus some signs to indicate prices for the earring stands. Thanks to my lovely sister and mum, we spent a good 1+++ hours tonight making tags, threading them, pricing them and putting them on the jewellery! I could NOT have done all that without their help.

I'm not exactly sure how useful this notice about The Red Jewel's stall is, because we'll be randomly allocated a stall on the day so I can't say for sure where exactly in the market we're going to be. Nevertheless, if you do have time and are game for a leisurely stroll through the market, all the while keeping an eye out for a table full of gorgeous jewellery, then Wednesday's the day for you!
