I had so much fun Thursday night while out to hear superstar Andriana Santiago, (musician, artist, free thinker)! We met about a year ago while I was selling jewelry at a trunk show and she was making smoothies and being sparkly! After I heard her perform acoustic guitar and sing that day, I became a fan....for life! Josh, is a super talent....like one in a million type stuff! This young man is gifted and going places, I'm a Fan! I peed his myspace page and homeboy stays booked solid. HIS SOUND IS AMAZING and the two of them performing together is a real treat and never fails to give me goosebumps!

Great highlight of the night was meeting Kyle Sutton at the show! Super nice guy....oh and super fine, yaoh! Gotta love the technology age we're living in, we became facebook friends on the spot! 'fingers crossed' Kyle will graciously rock the Fennimas Men's Collection when it launches June!

(after some light google/youtube stalking, don't judge) Turns out Kyle, "fennimas, male model in my head" is a lot more then just good looking and nice, he's a superstar himself! Lyrical stunner, his talent is with words and the drama he brings to a rhyme. Part of the group Mayhem Poets and rapper under the sudo name Black Skeptik...which I was familiar with on the underground tip after seeing his video Rent with KRS-One, but didn't realize who he was the night of show. Wow, you've got to youtube him and Mayhem Poets! These guys are making a positive difference in the world and that's all respect, I'm a Fan!

Alright so 5 new pieces have been added to the webby, hurrah. But that's not going to make up for the...93876682 days that I haven't updated this website in the past 2 months? Anyway - long story short, I've decided that I'm not going to be moving my beads up with me to Canberra, so it's going to be another dry spell here at The Red Jewel for the next 2 months till I get back in July. Sorry about that! In the meantime, stay warm and take care! It's getting colder now, brr. NOT looking forward to the minus something winters in Canberra!

Chirp chirp, Sam's back!

It's great to be back! Whilst gallivanting in Melbourne City I saw a cute bird quite similar to the one picture above (swallow? sparrow? mehhhh) and I got totally inspired to give the website a complete makeover, nature-themed with hints of girly and crafty in it. The result? 2 days completely wasted at the computer, but a very happy me. Oh and of course a much prettier website!

So if you guys haven't already seen my latest Twitter update, I did indeed come back to find that all my beads had been thoughtfully packed away for me in a box and shoved under my bed. Stubbornly, because I was really looking forward to making more stuff once I'd got back to Melbourne, I moved those boxes out from under the bed and haven't yet found a place to set all my beads up... but I will soon enough. Good news, though: I will be bringing every single last bead with me back up to Canberra when I go back next Saturday so The Red Jewel will have a new lease of life, hurrah!

For now... I have to get back to my very overdue holiday homework. Keep your eyes peeled for more exciting stuff underway!

Peanut pearl is one kind of genuine wholesale freshwater pearls. They are natural and named because of their peanut-like shape. Like all wholesale pearls, they come in different colors, sizes, shades and make them great accessories to any attire.

These peanut pearls have sizes approximately 9-10mm in width and 14-16mm in length. They are new and just from our farmers’ harvest.
