Make your Own Multi-Strand Pearl Necklace

A beautiful multi-strand pearl necklace looks great for office or club parties or for a night out in the town. The brown faceted pearl beads go well with today’s trendy colors and also along with the colors of the fall. Let us see how to make it. You should first gather all the material needed to make your necklace. You will need potato shaped and rice shaped white colored freshwater pearls dark gold oyster shell faceted beads, four crimp beads of golden tone, beading wire, S clasp, wire cutters and crimping pliers.
Now cut 26” of the beading wire and bead one crimp bead, the faceted gold beads and one side of the clasp. Crimp the crimp bead and leave ¼ inch tail. Now bead the 20 potato shaped pearls, a golden bead, 10 potato-shaped pearls and a golden bead. Bead one oyster shell bead, a potato shaped pearl and repeat this process eight times. Bead a golden bead, 10 potato shaped pearls. Then go through the other side of the clasp, back through the golden bead and crimp bead. This makes the first strand.
The second strand can be started by cutting 28 inches of beading wire and follow the same process. Here instead of potato pearls, use rice pearls. You can also add crystals, CZ diamonds in between as spacers to get a unique look.
And here, your multi strand pearl necklace is ready to wear.
