Now close up one end of wire so pearls won’t slide off, for this take tip of needle nose pliers and place it at one end of wire. Now bent wire around the pliers. Make perfect little loop.

Now decide on some specific pattern for stringing and start stringing and then just close the end same as knotting loop like other end. Close it perfectly sticks both with glue and you are done!
